  • Password or authentication credentials

  • Billing information (handled securely via PCI-compliant payment processors)

2. Contact & Communication Information

  • Messages sent through forms

  • Support requests

  • Emails, chat interactions, demo requests

  • Feedback or survey responses

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you access our Services, we may automatically collect:

1. Website & App Usage Data

  • IP address

  • Browser type and version

  • Device identifiers

  • Operating system

  • Security/session cookies

We do not use advertising cookies.

You may block cookies via your browser settings; however, some features may not work correctly.

C. AI Runtime Data & Telemetry (Platform-Specific)

This is critical to Agnitra’s optimization functionality.

Based on your PRD ( ), we may collect:

1. Model Telemetry

  • CUDA/GPU execution times

  • Kernel latency

  • Memory usage

  • Tensor shapes

  • Operator types (e.g., matmul, layernorm)

  • Graph execution traces

  • Performance metrics (tokens/sec, throughput, FLOPS)

2. IR Graph & Metadata

When using our CLI/SDK/runtime agent, we may process:

  • torch.fx or ONNX IR graphs

  • Operator sequences

  • Node-level metadata

  • Layer-wise performance summaries

  • Non-sensitive model structure for optimization

(We do NOT collect model weights unless explicitly provided.)

3. Runtime Agent Logs

  • Agent execution steps

  • Optimization suggestions (LLM outputs)

  • RL training results

  • Kernel versions generated

  • Benchmark results

Important:

You control whether telemetry is:

  • Processed locally (on-premise / enterprise)

  • Encrypted and uploaded for cloud optimization

  • Never stored (ephemeral mode)

Agnitra AI does NOT access full model weights or raw training data by default.

D. Optional Data Provided by Enterprise Customers

  • Integration metadata

  • API credentials (encrypted)

  • Hardware profiles (GPU type, instance type, node info)

  • Custom configuration files

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

Provide the Core Services

  • Optimize model performance

  • Generate kernels

  • Provide telemetry summaries

  • Run benchmarking and comparisons

  • Apply runtime patches

  • Display dashboards and analytics

Improve and Personalize the Platform

  • Enhance optimization algorithms (LLM + RL)

  • Improve model support across frameworks

  • Tune performance for your hardware

  • Build anonymized performance metrics

  • Improve user interface and developer experience
